Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTreena as a person is cool. The day I had an appointment scheduled, she asked me to come in early. I did, just to wait until the original time. Then she did my hair so fast that neither myself or my companion liked it. We didn’t call or argue with her because we just decided not to use her again. She’s overpriced for the type of service I received, she didn’t offer to even it out with a cut or make suggestions like curl it or anything. ( I would had paid for the extra service.) She literally threw it on and I was done. Took all of 30 mins. Upon the loosening of the hair, I just let it grow out as much as I could until it became noticeable. I ended up losing so much hair!! (All respect) my hair was falling out like a cancer patient. I have pics of the amount of hair loss but I’m not going to do Treena like that. I will just simply not be using her services again. Treena does my sew-ins and she does a great job. I always leave her chair loving the way my hair looks. I have never had a problem with her installs. They are very natural looking. She is also very professional and personable. She does a great job managing her appointments. You are not going to be sitting I her salon all day waiting to get your hair done. I also love the fact that during my appointments with her it’s just me a her.

Treena is awesome and so down to earth. I needed my hair done for a couple events. I scheduled my appointment for the day I was leaving. Kansas being Kansas comes with a snow storm. I spoke with her the day before, and she told me don’t worry I will do your hair. The day of my appointment the weather was horrible, but she kept her word and did my hair. Even got out in the snow with me. I was shock, because I wasn’t a regular. Beauticians I know would only do that for their regulars. My sew in was amazing. She made it look so natural.
