Critical: ProfessionalismFirst I called and asked if I can make an appointment. The person who answers the phone said that they were in middle of doing someone’s hair and will call me back. They never did. I called back asking the same thing a day or so later and they remembered who I was idr what they said but I didn’t get an appt time at that point. Later I get a text letting me know that they saw my number and want to know if I still needed services I said yes can I get Wednesday or Sunday they said they’re closed Sunday that’s fine we eventually settled on Friday afternoon. For some reason the person texting me did not confirm that I can come in at 5:00 and when I texted her I’ll see you in an hour she already booked that slot for someone else.
