I took a Sound Healing class with the owner, Liz. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about my healing. The class and the space are amazing! At the beginning of the session, her voice leading us into the experience was calm and soothing. During the session I could feel healing taking place. I had an amazing experience with Liz. Her whole place was warm and inviting. The place was clean and she made you feel comfortable. I had never experienced Reiki and had questions that she answered. It’s hard to articulate the experience. I felt refreshed and renewed. My energy was replenished. I felt like this guided me back to my path. I was on it but I got distracted and this session helped. I highly recommend for people who feel stuck, who feel like they’re spirit is dull or something lacking. If you’re gray this will get get back to a colorful state. That is the best I can decsribe. You have to experience to understand.
