I am new to the area so decided to try this out as my “new nail place”. Boy what a mistake that was. I went in on a Monday and I got in right before they were absolutely slammed. I didn’t have an appointment. I wanted to try dip nails for the first time, and was excited to pick a pretty light pink color for summer. As I was getting my nails done more and more people came in who had appointments and they were obviously very busy. You could tell they were in a rush. I did not get my cuticles cut, no lotion, no hand massage or warm towel. Maybe that’s not included there, but I’ve never been to a nail salon that didn’t at least clean up your actual nail. That’s not even the worst part, when my nails were finished you could visibly still see the top of my nail through the dip polish. They look AWFUL. When I brought it up to the woman who was doing my nails she simply said “you picked too light of a color”. Why wouldn’t you put extra coats down then? Or not carry colors that don’t coat the nail/warn someone about that? I can’t imagine ANYONE getting nails like this and thinking it looks good. I’m sure if it wasn’t busy this could have been fixed or addressed, but they were just getting people in and out as it was close to closing time. I would’ve rather been turned away for a different date then waste $40 on nails that I am going to have to get redone tomorrow.

Positive: QualityI legit love this place I get my eyebrows done here and they make sure to keep them thick but still clean them up! And I just got my nails done for the first time here and I’m obsessed they make sure that u like it and are super patient! The polish is clean and not like chunky and the shape is EXACTLY what I wanted and I usually have a problem with speaking up so I just deal w it if I don’t like it but they did it absolutely wrong perfectly DEFINITELY COMING BACK (as I do every 2 weeks)!!!I legit love this place I get my eyebrows done here and they make sure to keep them thick but still clean them up! I usually get a full set of gel nails for only $35 which is a price you can’t beat, and the quality is phenomenal for a family owned store. I always go home happy.For me, the staff has always been friendly (though a bit quiet). Owners Danny an Cindy are the best nail technicians around. My hands are in water all day an I can still go every 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes due to unforeseen issues you have to wait. As their reputation gets out they are getting busier but I will wait because it’s worth it I have been a client ever since they opened an will continue to be.
