Critical: Quality, ValueI went in with my mom and a friend for normal pedicures and gel manicures. The pedicures were fine! When it came time for the manicures, my mom and I both wanted a watermelon design, which they happily created for us. My friend asked for two small hearts drawn on one of her fingers, and her nail tech said “I don’t do art”, and didn’t offer anyone else to do it for her. So she just got plain color, not what she was wanting. In less than 3 days, I already had a chipped nail, and am now up to 4 chipped nails just 9 days later!! For reference, I had a previous gel manicure from another salon that lasted a full month and NEVER chipped. My mom’s nails as well as my friend’s have also begun to chip—again, we all got the gel manicure which is supposed to be no-chip. I went in with my mom and a friend for normal pedicures and gel manicures. The pedicures were fine! When it came time for the manicures, my mom and I both wanted a watermelon design, which they happily created for us. My friend asked for two small hearts drawn on one of her fingers, and her nail tech said “I don’t do art”, and didn’t offer anyone else to do it for her. The man who started my dip extensions drilled my nail bed and three of them bled, and he put them on wrong so the lady who I was sent to took them ALL off. Then we went to dip and they gave me the wrong color. The color wasn’t too bad but still, it was too late to change it when I noticed. Then she files and adds coats back and forth which I’ve never had happen. And not even a day after getting my nails done, the layers are chipping and messy! The ending price was 75$ and I plan to go back in tomorrow and get them fixed!Horrible experience! Horrible experience! The man who started my dip extensions drilled my nail bed and three of them bled, and he put them on wrong so the lady who I was sent to took them ALL off. Then we went to dip and they gave me the wrong color. The color wasn’t too bad but still, it was too late to change it when I noticed. Didn’t like the way I was treated and dismissed. Paid extra for pedicure and I got the bare minimum. Not even a decent leg/foot massage. Never go there again.Services: Manicure, Pedicure
