It is a good place to get highlights. But DO NOT go back to your natural hair color here. I went in to go a bit dark with my highlights/ or lighter than my natural hair. I didn’t realize till my hair was drying, the bottom of my hair was super dark. I didn’t mind though for the fact I was okay with going back natural (even if it wasn’t what I asked for.) When I got home though I re-styled my hair to see that they had missed many spots in the middle of my hair (it was patches of light hair in the middle but most of the patches where in the back of my head), the bottom of my hair was jet black (my normal hair is very dark but this dye job looked a little blue under a flash light), and that my hair was not at all blended. He had styled it to where I couldn’t see what was wrong till I was home. In the salon he was very nice but his coworkers and him don’t seem to understand how curly hair works. They would tug and pull which hurt very much. Over all I will not be coming back and if you aren’t lightening your hair and have straight hair I would not recommend.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Brian since 1989 when I had moved to Slidell. And now I live in Mississippi and still would not go anywhere else.. I would not trust my hair to anyone else. The salon has a wonderful atmosphere and is clean and welcoming. Brian also makes you feel welcomed and beautiful. He remembers everything about his clients and is always concerned and asks about your family and friends. Hes a kind, genuine funny person who is definitely in the right business. His staff is wonderful and take great care of you. I seriously cannot go anywhere with at least 2-3 people maybe more complimenting my hair and asking me where I go. Will never go anywhere else. I went to Attractions for the first time today. Brian cut and styled my hair and I could not be happier. I have naturally curly hair and have been getting keratin for the last four years. My friend told me this is the best my hair has looked since getting keratin. The salon has a fun vibe, Brian is super nice and very skilled. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. I will def be going back.

I have been going to Brian since 2006. He is very conscientious with his clients and he wants his customers to look fabulous and be happy with their hair. He will do everything possible to make his clients happy! He runs a busy salon, but he takes every client personally to make sure that he does what you want.
