I always get my toes down here and I usually swear by them. I am very particular about how I like my nails, as I should be given the money I’m spending. Over time I’ve noticed what I do and do not like when it comes to my toes. Today’s experience alone is what has led me to writing this review. The staff is usually very straight to the point, which I enjoy. Today I received nothing but attitude from a male who did my nails for the first time. Maybe in his late 50s. I don’t mind suggestions, because I know what I want and I have no problem POLITELY declining any extra. I won’t go on a long rant regarding the events that took place at this establishment today but the way my entire appointment went is why I will not be returning. Disrespectful comments were made to me after explaining I no longer wanted him to do my toes. I pay attention to detail so when he began to half do my toes, I was ready to go. And half done and $60 later, I will not be returning.

Barely deserve 1 star. Brought daughter back in August loved it paid $30 for 2 full sets hers with gel polish. Went in today and asked for same services only a take off too for myself. He pried my old set off…1 we all know very bad for nail health and 2 it hurt like hell. My daughters fimgers are red and hurt since they cut her cuticles down to skin. Horrible job shaping, they are not even in length and glitter on one hand like 4 coats the other 1.. Went to pay and came to $85?! I shouldn’t had paid at all! Never returning

We didn’t even make it there yet, but we called to check the price of a simple color change and the man who answered was very rude I asked how much was a simple color change and we lost reception and got disconnected that happened a couple of times and on the last phone call he went off and said “dont call here no more!!” And we were very offended. A definite lost of loyal customers

I have to give at least 1 but it’s really 5 negative ‘s. I have been burned by their old wax, so I haven’t been back for almost 2 years. This time I was unfortunate enough to leave with an infection . My own fault I should’ve read the reviews that said they were giving people fungus of the nails then I would NOT have trusted the wax

Manicurist appeared to be on the job training and my manicure looks like it. I wanted a manicure with no polish and nails buffed. My nails were trimmed, not shaped or buffed cuticles not done. And of course he don’t understand what I was saying/asking Manicure, Pedicure

Positive: ProfessionalismI got a pedicure with gel nail polish and I noticed that some of them were messed up when I got home . So I called them the next day and they fixed it with no extra charges. LOVE! Jenn is awesome. I went to this same shop from 2011-2016 and I loved it but they got new owners and my nail tech moved so I quit going didn’t like the new owners. Recently, I found out they got another new owner and decided to try it, and I love it again!!! 🙂 They have all new stuff. New seats and new design. It’s great.
