Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had my nails done, French powder dip for MY WEDDING done on Nov 1st for my wedding on Nov 6th MY NAILS STARTED CRACKING AND CHIPPING THE DAY OF MY WEDDING NOT EVEN A FULL WEEK AFTER HAVING THEM DONE, I pulled them off because I could do nothing with them as they were chipped half the nail was off exposing my natural nail, went on my honeymoon with ugly terrible nails, went today to see if they would make it right considering it had not even been a week and was basically told she did not believe the nails chipped BECAUSE I didn’t stop my honeymoon to go get my nails fixed… I just wanted pretty nails for my wedding and will never be going here again for my nail service and I get my nail done every 2.5-3 weeks. I know quality and this place did not give me quality and called me a liar. My dnlaw n friends all go there n talk highly about it n was my 1st visit n just had the basic pedicure n manicure n my tech was really awesome n I 4got her name but I will be back n I would recommend them to anyone. Great atmosphere n very clean!!

Last time I came here to get ombré dip nails, I was very impressed. But this time, I called to make an appointment for 5:15 pm. Arrived right on time, and they asked me again what I was getting done. I told them ombré dip. They then asked me if I wanted my nails longer, I told them yes. Immediately my wait time went to 40 min. I was told that only certain people can do acrylic nails. I’m sorry but why would a nail salon have someone not trained to do acrylic nails when that is the #1 thing people get in a nail salon. Makes absolutely no sense to me. So now I will be rushing to get my nails done at a different salon who is happy to take me, when I have a million other things to do, being I’m getting married in 2 days. I’m very disappointed with their customer service.
