Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to just get a simple trim for short hair. The older blonde lady was extremely curt and it was very obvious she wanted me out as soon as possible. Didn’t fix my my crooked hairline on my nape until I said something, and then didn’t even offer to blow dry my hair. Went to just get a simple trim for short hair. The older blonde lady was extremely curt and it was very obvious she wanted me out as soon as possible. Didn’t fix my my crooked hairline on my nape until I said something, and then didn’t even offer to blow dry my hair. The other hairdresser that was next to me was much nicer and sociable so it is very possible that I simple lucked out with a bad one.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I scheduled my appointment here, I asked to be scheduled with someone that knew how to do undercut designs, since so many of my friends had recommended here.when I arrived I got an old blonde woman who was short with me the entire time, She told me that she didn’t do undercut designs, and when I told her it was okay, and that I could go elsewhere because I didn’t want to push her out of her comfort zone, she insisted several times that she would do “a star”.Well she had no idea what she was doing, damaged my skin with the razor, did a terrible job with the design, and even messed up the regular part of the haircut. When I scheduled my appointment here, I asked to be scheduled with someone that knew how to do undercut designs, since so many of my friends had recommended here.when I arrived I got an old blonde woman who was short with me the entire time, She told me that she didn’t do undercut designs, and when I told her it was okay, and that I could go elsewhere because I didn’t want to push her out of her comfort zone, she insisted several times that she would do “a star”.
