Critical: ValueI contacted Rebeca to see if she could do my highlights and trim. Showed her pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. She ruined my hair. She cut 6 inches off of it and turned it orange instead of blonde. I requested my money back, which I should never have paid her. I ended up having to call the owner. He was very nice and professional. I showed him my before and after pics. She tried to refund me only part of what I paid. When I insisted she give me the full amount back, she finally did. She sent it via venmo and with a very ugly message. So unbelievably unprofessional of her. Do not let her do your hair. I contacted Rebeca to see if she could do my highlights and trim. Showed her pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. She ruined my hair.
