Completely unacceptable customer service barely get greeted when you come in there’s not service with a smile the last time I came in I felt completely unwelcomed. The owners before were 50 times better than the owners now they don’t offer the same things and their membership are about $10 more which is ridiculous and when I called to cancel my sun pass the manager or whoever she is told me that I still have to be charged for the month even though I won’t be using their service which is unacceptable yet again.

Critical: PunctualityEverytime I go here it’s never opened despite the hours they have posted on the door !!! I don’t know if they changed owners but this use to be the best place in town . Best beds and affordable prices and never any problem with tanning at hours they had listed . After a couple yrs prices went up . I paid for level 3 tanning bc I loved the bed with the mist and aromatherapy and the bed never worked . One girl told me it was broke and owner isn’t going to fix and another employee told me all they had to do is add water but yet I still paid full price for level 3 to tan in broken bed . I have been tanning at this salon for the last two years. I absolutely love it. The girls who work there are sweethearts! The tanning beds are top of the line. I have a level 2 package and I’m always tan. I tan maybe 2 times a week and I always keep my color. They have so many options and the hours are great. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Great job!

Awesome tanning beds and packages for beginners to pro tanners. Their beds are very powerful, and the rooms are very clean and roomy. They are also part of Heat Wave tanning on Pierce St., Kingston so you can visit either one. However, there is a difference in packages and which bed(s) you can use here. Nice place, girls are very sweet and helpful.

I am very hesitant when it comes to tanning, but when preparing for my Caribbean vacation I didn’t want to make the mistake of ruining it with a sunburn. The staff was very understanding and helpful. And I never felt rushed when getting ready for my session or pressured into buying their products.

By far and away the best tanning salon in NEPA. Not sure what “Banana Rama” is talking about but then again who rams bananas in the 21st century? Best beds, new bulbs, airbrush available and a wide selection of lotions.
