I had an amazing experience at Atoley Salon and Spa. I got my haircut and colored by Madeline. She is so nice, honest and knows what she is doing. I got exactly what I was asking for in my haircut, and my hair has never looked better! She was knowledgeable on the products that I was looking for. She even took the time to help me find an amazing shampoo/conditioner for my husband. If I would recommend anyone at Atoley Salon and Spa I would recommend Madeline!

I came in to see Shaylee on an emergency to fix an extremely bad chopped haircut I received from another salon. Shaylee was professional, and kind. She comforted me, reduced the hair trama and transformed what was a disaster into a very stylish and even haircut. Something I didn’t think would have possible. Critical: Quality, ValueI traveled from Brookings to Sioux Falls for a full foil and haircut. I left the salon happy with how it looked, but a couple of days later it was an absolute nightmare. The color was orange and streaky. I was so disappointed and did not want to waste more money driving back down to Sioux Falls, so I got it fixed in Brookings. The stylist I saw in Brookings informed me that I did not receive a full foil, which made me even more upset because I was charged for one. The highlights were badly placed, and there was absolutely no blonde in the back of my hair. I reached out to Atoley about the incident and included pictures of my hair before it was fixed. They offered to refund me the difference between a full and partial foil, which is $10. I am so disappointed that I wasted my money on gas for a service that I did not book, and especially my time. I would not have driven down to Sioux Falls for a partial foil. The pictures I attached are from before I got my hair fixed in Brookings. I was so happy we decided on this salon for our hair and makeup on my wedding day. We had such a wonderful experience with all the stylists and loved the work they did. The only complaint I would make is that my hair didn’t stay curled for very long and being the bride, it was pretty upsetting. The day was hot, humid and slightly rainy but within 2 hours my hair was pretty flat. Otherwise, everyone did a great job accomplishing the look each of us wanted and they completed everything fairly fast.
