Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVERY unprofessional I booked two appointments with the salon first time they had me waiting for a hour and a half before being seen apparently the appointment was taken from one of the barbers and they forgot to tell the ladies in the salon they corrected their mistakes my hair was free and they squeezed me in came out Beautiful and it last 2-3 weeksSecond appointment I booked for 2 pm they had me waiting for a hour before being seen this time the appointment was made directly with the salon and again neither one of them knew who booked me she rushed my hair and it came out horrible my hair was no longer straight by the time I got home (30min) I called them to see if they could straighten my hair back out the right way and she didn’t even have the decency to come to the phone said she’s doing hair and can’t talk mind you while my hair was being done both times they was on their phones and stopping to talk to people long story short she never came to the phone and didn’t even try to correct their mistake I will never go there again !!!!!!!!VERY unprofessional I booked two appointments with the salon first time they had me waiting for a hour and a half before being seen apparently the appointment was taken from one of the barbers and they forgot to tell the ladies in the salon …More
