My professional expertise is a balanced blend of bodywork and modalities. I am trained in Ayurvedic techniques (Specializing in Abhyanga), Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy and TMJ Disorder. It is very important to me that I closely work with my patients to assess and develop treatment plans based on the patient’s injury and/or recovery goals utilizing Therapeutic, wellness, relaxation and deep tissue massage along with certified techniques including Intra Oral massage, Breast massage, Pre and Post Natal massage. This review is long overdue. I’ve been going to Karen for a year now and I trust her and only her to help relieve my back pain. I’ve had prenatal massages and regular massages afterwards and she always finds the source of my muscle pain. I don’t even need to tell her, she just knows. I could write a very long review but just know you are in good hands if you go to her! You leave the massage feeling more restful and pain free. Will definitely return for more treatments.AMT is located on the second floor of a business building on Lincoln. She explained they have parking in the back but I was lucky and got one on the street.
