This is my second visit to this doctors office. I saw the reviews and could not understand why people gave 1 star. Now I do. After waiting for an hour at the waiting room I’m in the exam room and waiting for 15 minutes and still counting. Did you ever felt like walking out of a doctors office without caring whether to get treatment or not. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with the rude staff and long wait.

I was so scared!!! As a new mom this place had me and my newborn son crying in the office, Dr Jeffery Whitworth is extremely disturbing with they way he spoke to me. He has no bedside manner at all. He yelled at me and asked me who I was calling on my cellphone! I was so scared! I’m in shock and shaking. I’m heartbroken that I had to experience that with my son in my arms crying.

I honestly can’t believe how they’re still in business. Medical attention is horrible and receptionists are even worse. I have been coming here for months for treatment just to barely see any progress. When I came in last month, expecting to be given treatment by Dr. Akhani like I have been receiving for the past few months, I was met with Dr. Whitworth who didn’t do ANYTHING AT ALL for me other than prescribe me medicine that I had already been prescribed. Not only that- I waited almost an hour to be seen, just to not have any treatment done AND I WAS BILLED! The receptionists also give you crazy amounts of attitude like you’re asking them to run a mile for you when you’re just checking in or trying to make an appointment. If you hate your job THAT much and make it that obvious, maybe try quitting? Don’t waste your time and money coming here. I already wasted mine and will unfortunately have to continue wasting due to still having to receive my treatment.

I made an appointment for my 83 years old mom with Dr. Whitworth. When we got there, we were suggested to see Dr. Akhani, what a big mistake! Dr. Alkhani spent 3 min with my mom staying 5 ft away with her foot propped at the door so we can get out. Nauseating. She made us feel very uncomfortable, complaining about my mom’s health insurance, refusing to give treatment so we can come back again. Shame on you Dr. Want to be! You should not be working with patients because you do not have any empathy, lucking good bedside manner and compassion for your patients!

I needed to find a dermatologist in my area and remembered that I once saw Dr Ahkami at this practice years ago. So despite the bad reviews, I decided to schedule appointment with her because I liked her. When I called to book appointment, I know for a fact I specifically asked to be booked with Dr Ahkami. When I got to the office, the waiting room was over crowded with people.There was no social distancing whatsoever! I had to stand out in the hall. I had an 11am appointment and noticed that my wait was becoming very long and that people who got there after me were being called in! One person asked what was taking so long and the girl at front desk said that Dr Whitworth was running behind. I didn’t think anything of it because in my mind I knew I wasn’t seeing any other doctor but Dr Ahkami. So finally after waitng nearly an hour, my name is finally called BUT she said for Dr Whitworth. I told her that there was a mistake because I booked with Dr Ahkami. She brought me to the room and told me she would let the doctor know. And yet still I ended up seeing a doctor that I didn’t ask for! I wasn’t pleased with him at all and he seemed like he was in such a rush. I will be seeking another dermatology group because this place is totally unorganized.

Dr Whitworth is a good doctor. I have been to this location many times in the past. Scheduling for the past 2/3 years has not been adhered to. They overbook every time slot. As other reviews stated you wait a long time in the waiting room and then you wait another 20-30 minutes in the exam room.

I had an appointment which was postponed for next week, a week later i waited for almost an hour to get in. Finally, I Was shocked because the doctor told me that i had to schedule another appointment to check one mole!!! My whole reason for appointment is to have my moles checked ! And she just told me to reschedule with her husband! Just wasting my time while keep billing you twice. Will never go back there!

Extremely long wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I called to book the appointment, I asked the receptionist about wait time and she said it would be 10 minutes. Some people don’t have the luxury of waiting that long. Prepare me for it. I have kids.
