When I made my appointment I had to wait a week to get in and given only one time slot to choose from. However when I got there, only 3 customers were at the nail bar which has a capacity of at least 12! And at no time were there more than 4 customers. Each customer had 2 to 3 employees attending to them. An abundance of staff per customer!

This was my first time here, my technician was awesome, but my only complaint is that the day after getting mani/pedi polish was already cracking and peeling off of nails. For $75 dollar service dont think polsih should start to wear off pretty fast. This was actually happening with light house work, light washing, and not much of house duties.

I wanted to go to a natural nail salon to ask questions because i was struggling with my nails breaking, and when i found out the first manicure was free I had to go!I learned about this aluminum oxide nail file that they use and i went home to order it as soon as possible! They might sell it in store but i didn’t check and i found it for $7 on amazon! (Ruby Stone) My nails have not broken once since I’ve started using this file!All that being said, the services are pretty mediocre, just the regular manicure and pedicure service at a higher price. I was hoping that they would have more options for nail art but the nail techs seem pretty amateur. Called to inquire price of polish change ($10) on the phone before heading in. Made an appointment. Got there to confirm price before service and now the price of a polish change is $15?! I just called this morning. I felt baited to come in to find out later price is different to what was said on phone. There excuse was “she must have thought you meant price of polish to purchase”. Really, because we had an entire conversation over the phone about what was the cost of pedicure w/polish is $50, basic without polish is $40 and ok how much is just a polish change? – said $10! I said nothing about purchasing bottle of polish. And when I did ask at the salon how much is your bottle of polish to purchase- it is 10.70! I am fore warning everyone who goes- to expect prices to fluctuate within an hour or two!! I did not allow them to service me. Instead, I took my gift certificate and bought files, shiners and top coats I can do myself. They informed me “polish on my hands will only last 10 days WITH home maintenance” and couldn’t guarantee my polish will stay put for my event this weekend. And of course, the friendly service no longer existed at check out for purchasing products.

Beautiful atmosphere. I think it’s a little over priced but I received a gift card so there was no charge for me. I honestly didn’t see a difference in service that would justify such high prices but I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure.

Personally, the thought of walking in the same building where I was degraded and treated like an asset was awful. I loved all my clients, and certain employees. But most people working for the company are self-serving and will bad-mouth you the second you walk though the door, client or not. The work that’s done is fantastic, but the people, and the owner are terrible. I was embarrassed to have to lie about a medical condition so the owner would look better and appear to be a better person than she is. It’s truly sickening how employees are treated, and even some clients. Do not tell your personal business to any employees, for they will shame you later on. It’s a place to have a good, silent experience. But nonetheless, an awful place to make nice.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Extremely open and welcoming environment. Every member of the staff is absolutely wonderful. Being a trans woman I was very hesitant to go to a nail salon in conservative Williamsburg. I have always been treated with the same respect they give to their other clientele. I can’t thank these wonderful people enough. It is nice to have a refuge to go to where I can be treated as a human being. If I had the money I’d be in there at least once a week.
