Ashley is awesome! She is really intuitive about pressure and will work out tension and knots you didn’t even know you had. I’ve been to many massage therpists and Ashley is one of the best. I recommend her to all my fitness clients for these reasons, and also because of the comfortable environment at Athletic Bodyworks. She also has GREAT holiday sales (which makes gift buying a lot easier).

Ashley gave me a great massage! Last summer I was having some trouble with over training and over use of my legs (I’m a cyclist), with Ashley’s help I was able to recover fast and feel better quickly. The Athletic Bodyworks office is located conveniently inside the Tewksbury Sport’s Club right on Main St. The office itself is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend giving them a try. In fact I spoke with Ashley today about another massage.
