I would not recommend. The nail shop I typically go to is closed on Sundays so I came here since it was close. The woman had a hard time understanding English and what I was asking for. I asked for a Jelly Pedicure 5 times. She said she understood but I did not get the service I asked for. They wanted $2 for a “nail kit” which was just a nail file and buffer. $15 for gel polish once I told them no they told me it was a $5 charge for removing my gel polish. I paid $68 for a pedicure that did not include Jelly and what I felt like was a basic pedicure. The one positive thing I can say is the salon was clean.

Usually I ask for summer to do my toes because she does an excellent job, but last week 08/27/2022 Victor did my toes. I am always unsatisfied when Victor does my toes. If majority of your customers speak English then it is important that your employees be able to understand the customer. I told Victor that the water was too hot and he ignored me, therefore I was unable to properly soak my feet and when he began cutting my cuticles he cut my skin and I started bleeding. I was clearly in pain and he continued like nothing happened showing no concern for me. He then proceeded to spray alcohol on my cut and still did not care that I was in pain the entire time. On top of all that he did a very sloppy lazy job on my regular toe nail polish which is now CHIPPED ! Victor will never touch my feet again or any man working in that salon.

I have been going here for many years. I used to be so happy with this place. The last year has gone downhill. From horrible pedicures to bad service. Last few pedicures hurt me so bad. From one tech making my toe bleed and not seeming to care to my nails looking very uneven. . I should never leave hurting or bleeding. Then the last few times I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes. Not sure why you accept appointments if you are going to take walk ins before the person with the appointment. I am fine with waiting a little bit. But lately me having an appointment did not mean anything. I just left and will never return. I’m sad to say this because this place used to be amazing. And then all my complaints didn’t matter. No one tried to make it right.I am now finding a new salon.

I love my nails and I love going here, the experience of having them done and the conversation I had with the nail tech was amazing! Thank you Endya! Had to wait longer than expected after called ahead first, BUT Martin was excellent and worth the wait! His massage was awesome, he took his time painting my toenails and was very nice. I’ll definitely be back here again. Highly recommend!
