Athena Nails is the only place I will go to have my nails done. They always exceed my expectations. The salon itself is beautiful and the atmosphere they’ve created is just as lovely. The have extremely decent prices and always make their customers feel welcome and comfortable. ✨️

I have gone to Athena nails a few times, came out above average and the price was good. Won’t be going back after today though. The one thing that always bothered me was the lady up front is kind of cold and stand-off ish but whatever right? Today I went in and got a refill from a younger man ( I try to not be picky and take whoever is available) and he took more than 90 minutes for a fill, not even a full set, this is annoying but I was fine with it. Once he was done though, the shape was distorted, the nail color was uneven, my nails are chunky looking, and he drilled right into under my skin so bad that at one point I finally couldn’t help but flinch. I understand he’s probably learning so honestly I dealt with it and left. Once I got in my car though I just stared at my nails and cried, so I worked up the courage to call the salon and explain my experience and request to come in later today for a do over with someone else. The woman answered and said “ok ok ok ok see you then” and hung up. No empathy, no mention of a time, no mention of whether I’d have to pay…just hung up. It feels awful and it threw my day off entirely, I wasted my money and felt disregarded and don’t plan to return after this.

Went for a girls day with my mom. I had the deluxe pedicure, pedicure was average. My nail tech only exfoliated my legs/calves, barely rubbed/exfoliated my feet. So my feet aren’t smooth but my legs are. Also, she used a children’s toothbrush to “scrub” my feet, other technicians were using the traditional nail/foot scrubber, thought that was odd.

I’ve always loved Athena nails, been going there for a little over 2 years now. Very friendly and always to my satisfaction. The new owners have made the environment so much more pleasant with the new look. Very clean, relaxing and comfortable. And as a bonus, you get one free adult beverage to enjoy while you’re being pampered ♥️ Would highly recommended.

I have visited this establishment several months now. Today I found out it was bought over by a new owner. Staff its super friendly and attentive. However new owner raised the price a bit too much more than the previous owner and for the same service its not good for me. They need to be aware that there are dozens of Nail Salon in this area and the competition is very high.

I took my niece to Athena Nails today for her birthday. It was her first Big Girl mani/pedi! Athena was super organized and efficient and welcoming. The pedis were wonderful, we actually spied someone sleeping in their chair! 🙂 And my niece’s custom GelX manicure by Tina is truly something special! We’ll definitely be back. It’s right across Okeechobee from Target. So if you’re at Target you’re basically already at Athena.
