Absolutely loved this place, first time here and my nail shapes are on point I have literally no complaints and finally found a new go to salon. Ty (don’t know how to spell her name) did my nails and they’re perfect! Only accept cash tips which sucks because I had no way of giving a tip for her but will double next time for her! The manager did a wonderful job on my nails last time, however, this time she cut my pinky and made me bleed and the machine messed up my ring finger nail so I asked her to fix it and she stated she would not do my nails again, even though her machine misshaped my nail bc the drill skipped while she was using it on my nail. Disappointed and there was no discount for her wounding me.

I will not be coming back to this salon again. Twice I’ve come here doe a pedicure and it seems like their tech are new and can’t even paint my toenails evenly. I also had a gel manicure priori and the tech that did my nails had 1 hand with gloss topcoat and the other hand matted.

First time going here but sorry the older lady (forgot her name) job was horrible I just wanted to take off my acrylic nails. After she said she was done taking them off…….. came back home with acrylic still on my nails plus a piece of my skin clipped off. I paid 10$ for it which is fine. Loved going here in the past, however yesterday during a pedicure for an upcoming trip my feet got scrubbed so hard I have two areas red and raw to the touch. Painful to wear shoes now. remove callouses not skin! the polish turned out great but my feet hurt so bad

Horrible customer service! I wanted my eyebrows waxed the older lady ( mother of the salon owner) took me in the back room and told me to lay down on the bed that was covered with a dirty blanket that had been used my previous customers and looked like it had not been washed in months. I asked for a disposable paper to be placed on top of the bed. she said she didn’t have any so I asked if I could sit up for the service as the current setup is not sanitary, she got very angry and screamed at me that she will not wax my brows and that she had a customer waiting as if I was not a customer. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and the manager and other employees sat there and not one of them apologized including the guy that has been doing my nails on a regular. I will never go back to this place.

Absolutely love this place! The nail technicians do the best job, especially Hana, Tami, and Amy. I have never been disappointed. The pedicures are so relaxing and enjoyable.
