I went here for help with my hair, first time. Very nice place. They had Rick, the owner help me. He seemed very knowledgeable and I liked his advice, but then when I went to make the Apt, he turned. He quoted a price that was MUCH higher then I saw on the website. I said, maybe you should update the site. He was insulted I guess, or he just has a bad attitude. He said, thanks for the advice on how to do my website and walked away. I turned to the girl and said, I don’t need an apt he is rude. Grow up man, all I said was your prices are wrong on the website. He is a pretty big guy and as a women going there alone, its very intimidating, I personally would never use that place, very bad vibes.

I’ve been getting haircuts here for years after getting one too many bad cuts at the fast food haircut chains. Fallon always does a great job on my hair. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful.

I just left there after supposedly paying for a full face wax. I was there for over an hour and left with maybe 1/3 of the hair removed. I was placed in a pedicure chair that is really not meant to be comfortable for anyone who was to lift their face up for an hour or I’d imagine for the person who has to do the waxing. I don’t think their employee knows what she is doing and it would have been helpful if she just told me that rather than me wasting money and an hour of my life getting incompetent service. If you want something simple like eyebrows they can accommodate you. I then spent 10 min. while they negotiated what to charge me for a shoddy job despite prices already listed on their menu online. When I got in the car the full extent of the slipshod work was evident. I will not being going back there. Employees seem very nice but knowing you did a poor job and still charging someone for it is just unacceptable. I have not used any of their other services so can’t comment but this will be my first and last experience at this salon.
