Came here for the second time to get my hair done and had the best experience. My hair is fairly damaged and had green undertones that made what I wanted my hair to look like difficult to achieve. However, Alicia and another stylist were nothing but helpful and understanding! They were happy to listen to what I wanted and toned my hair three times so that I could walk out the door with something that I liked. And they did such an amazing job! I’m obsessed with my cut and color. Hands down best salon experience I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed . I had gone there to get full hair highlights and they gave me partial saying it’s full. They will not tell you the prices of the services upfront. Before entering the salon you should be aware of all the prices. Beware they can rob you. Also they don’t let you choose the color of your choice for highlights. They were hesitating to show the color palette. Don’t know why??, They choose the color for you and will apply it telling you that this is the color you want. Hate the color they applied. I feel deceived. Never going back again to this salon

Honestly if I can put 0 stars for this place I definitely would. It is the second time in my entire life I write bad review so you know it’s bad. To start off I watched an influencer Abbie Herbert go to this salon for a treatment called “fusio dose” from kerastase where they treat dry damaged hair. I live in Cleveland, but I thought it might be worth the drive. As soon as I came they immediately took me to wash my hair without even asking everything about my hair as a new client, and then there were two girls who brushed my hair to the point that I thought they are taking it off from my head which I told them twice that they are too harsh but they didn’t really care and then the stylist probably on purpose put me under super cold water without even telling me if it’s okay. I know my hair was hard to brush but in every salon I went to they do it slowly and gently. The amount of hair they took from my head by brushing it super rough is insane, when she put me on the chair after and gave me brush so I can comb MYSELF, I asked her why she didn’t ask me anything about my hair and she said you can tell me now, yeah after the treatment smh. After I was leaving I asked if I can talk to the owner and when she was coming to me she already started attacking me that I “yelled” at the stylist and was rude and disrespectful. Well of course I had to tell the girls in a respectful voice to be more gentle otherwise they would definitely brushed half of my hair off. Also, I told the owner that she didn’t ask me questions at the beginning about hair as a new client so she replied that they ask only when they color it, which is interesting as Abbie’s video she clearly is looking at her hair before the procedure you can look, this is from rubric instagram vs. reality. Also I told her that they shouldn’t brush the wet hair this hard cause it’s super fragile and she said it is okay to do so, well I think she should google “can you brush wet hair” and see what comes out. I understand they had to brush it but I repeat it again not this harsh. The owner didn’t care about the client at all, very disrespectful and it looks like being like that is common for this salon, hopefully other girls are nicer. The owner kept saying that it was miscommunication which it clearly wasn’t, especially since the stylist didn’t even communicate with me. Super disappointed and just wasted time driving this far and of course all the hair I lost. Also the results weren’t crazy the hair is still dry. That’s why you don’t believe anything influencers are saying or advertising.

Jocelyn was amazing! It was my first time at the salon and my first time going to her. Being pregnant I wanted to treat myself and make myself feel better. I’m so happy cause my haircut is probably the best haircut I ever had! Thank you Jocelyn for making me for great about myself and giving me one hell of a haircut!!
