This place is great. I’ve been to almost every nail salon In Commack and Atelier Nail&Spa is by far the best. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back!

They gave me such an issue because I didn’t want to cut my nails and only wanted them filed. It got so intense that I said if it was an issue that I would rather just stop the manicure and pay for my pedicure and leave. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just file my nails instead of cutting them.. also it was a huge problem when I asked for my nails to be evened out… I’ll honestly pass on this spot to avoid the hassle of going back and forth with staff regarding how I want my nails done. Should be normalized for the customer to specify what they want and to uphold the service they expect.

I tried to explain to her but she kept saying “good good’” it was late so I left. I called back the next morning spoke with Tommy and he said to come in he will fix it. The man took his time but definitely did not pay Any attention to detail. I went in for powder dip and when I finished, the dip was very thick around the cuticle area. Now, a little bit later, the nails are starting to lift around the cuticle area. The service was excellent and they were very nice for my first time being there!

Meanwhile, they took 2 4:30 PM appointments ahead of her instead of taking her. By 4:40 PM we just left and went to a different nail salon who was less rude and more accommodating.
