They were incredibly professional and their service was more than I expected. I wanted to get a cut and color (first time for color). Had a great experience with Atelier Salon and Gia! I arrived early for my appointment and they started even before my time. They were incredibly professional and their service was more than I expected. I wanted to get a cut and color (first time for color). This was my first time to the salon and, of course, I was nervous trying a new place without previously knowing what to expect. But lo-and-behold, they exceeded my expectations beyond any doubt that this is my place to go for any future hair cuts and coloring!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueReally bad. Got a perm yesterday. My hair became a carpet. I understand i came in a bit late. 5:35pm to be exact and i even asked if they could do a perm even if i came in late. They said yes, so i went. Right as i sat down Julia asked how you wanted the hair. I explained i wanted my hair a bit longer than usual but of course she said having it shorter is better right? And she just cuts it. She wraps my head in less than 20mins. Quick isnt always best especially when it came out bad and you try to fix it last 30 mins cutting away already little hair i had. Next time dont be greedy. You charged 90$ To make my hair a carpet mat. Saying that you wanted it like this. I even gave you a picture, if you werent confident in doing it. Just tell me.
