I called last minute this morning to see if there was any possibility of an open massage session for the day to finish out a weekend getaway to the mountains. Much to my surprise and delight, the receptionist told me that she could fit me in at 3 but it would be with a male therapist. I, of course, don’t care, so I took the appointment, and it was the best thing I could have ever done! My therapist ended up being the owner of the spa and he was AMAZING!! He stretched me prior to and throughout the massage and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was the best massage of my life and I’m booking another retreat to Berkley Springs just to get another massage from him. I am so grateful and satisfied!!! Very highly recommend!

My husband and I spent a spa day with these folks. Gretchen and Pam were amazing! First time for facials for us and then we had massages. Steam bath with eucalyptus to start things off. Then the whirlpool bath. Highly recommend this spa!!

Spend a few hours here. Very nice spa. They have spa music at just the right volume throughout to really get you in a relaxed state of mind. My wife and I did the Couples Whirlpool, Couples Massage and Couples Facial (Love Package). Highly recommend.

My daughter booked massages for my bday. Massages was more like a rub down then a massages. Very rushed. She ask me if i had any areas i wanted worked on, i said my my feet but she barely massaged them. We were suppose to be able to relax in the serenity room after. I joined my daughter and we were relaxing for a few minutes and they began to clean around us, turned off all the lights except the room we were in and turned the music off. We felt very uncomfortable . We wanted to take showers but felt so uncomfortable we just changed and when we came out the entire staff was standing there with their cots on, light off and the front door open. The whole experience ruined my birthday!! Thanks

Everyone at this place are really nice. They make sure you have water to stay hydrated. Theresa did a great job with the massage. The facial was good also. They made sure to use sentive products on my face since my skin is sentive. I would definitely go back again.
