Today 3/24/22 was the first time I visited this shop and I’m glad that I decided to go. Atam was my stylist and she was the best I ever had. This young lady hooked me all the way up and her prices were reasonable. She took her time and gave me just as I asked. She’s a very Christian person and that was indeed a plus. I was so pretty when I left there today. Seriously 🙂 She’s my stylist from this day forward. Thank u sooooo much….please book her.

Disappointed!!! As a business owner myself, customer service is critical to the success and reputation of a business. To get my hair done on Friday (twists), pay $225 which included a $25 tip just to have several twists fall from my hair was mind blowing. Thelma tried to fix the issue since it was her worker who put in the extremely loose braids but after chasing behind her via text just to make an appointment for her to be 1.25 hours late is very disappointing and shows no consideration of my time!

I love the hair, it looks great! However, the lady braiding my hair kept stopping at one point to talk on the phone. It seems like she was handling some personal business but it slowed her down alot. There’s a lady whom came after me that got her hair done before me because of the slow down. What would normally take about four hours, took longer and that’s what I wasn’t satisfied with.
