I walked in and made my initial appointment and was given a card by Wendi with time and date. When I went in for my appointment she asked rudely “Can I help you?” I told her I had an appointment and she said “No you don’t” so I showed her the card at that time she kind of sighed and said “ok it’s going to be like five minutes”. When she took me I got a new set of acrylic nails. When it came time for my appointment to get a fill I had already lost two nails. I called and let her know I had a Covid exposure so we rescheduled. When I went for that appointment she told me I had missed it because she hasn’t erased the original appointment. She had me scheduled the next day so I went in and at time she started another clients nails.I wasn’t able to wait that long so I had to leave. She is just very rude and unprofessional. If you like being treated rudely and as if you’re business isn’t worthwhile to her then she is for you.

After leaving the gel looked bad…like it cracked open and started to peel off. Within 2 hours it was more than half gone. Wendy was a nice but she was very distracted and did a lot of other things even if we had an appointment. 24 hours later all the polish is either gone or it looks horrible. Waste of my money to go there

I took my mom here for manicures on mothers day weekend. It was ironically a mother and daughter that did our nails. They were so sweet and really made it an enjoyable experience. Especially because I habitually pick at my nails and surrounding skin and she still managed to make my hands look pretty. They have a fantastic collection of polishes (highly recommend getting gels) and the establishment was very clean and welcoming. If I could find the time to drive out to pahrump every couple weeks, this would be my regular go to. Loved it!

Worst gel manicure I have ever had. I am here from Houston, and my manicure there lasted at LEAST 3 weeks … this didn’t make it one week & some of the polish is all gone COMPLETELY. That CAN’T BE GEL POLISH – even though she used the gel dryer on my hands. IT HAS ONLY BEEN 6 DAYS – there is NO way I should be missing polish on an entire finger tip. The older lady related to the owner cut my fingers a couple of times, and tried to blame it on my dry cuticles … however, she would wick at my cuticles instead of trim them (which was painful and inept). And her cuticle trimmers were gigantic – probably too big for even a man’s foot! She said she just got her license this year, and I think she should not be doing this for money. She polished one of my nails without filing a split down & I had to ask her to redo several nails, and frequently had to point out cuticles that she missed. Then their booths are small, and she crossed her legs, and she kept rubbing her legs against mine, and I didn’t like that. It was VERY weird. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I WOULD NOT GO THERE AGAIN EVEN IF THE BEST NAIL PERSON IN TOWN WORKED THERE BECAUSE THEY SHOULD KNOW NOT TO HAVE THIS LADY IN THE SHOP. JUST BEING HONEST. SORRY.

Appointments only no walk ins.Very Clean, foot massage was minimal, My feet were in poor condition and I left with well exfoliated highly moisturized feet. A bit anti social. Gal who did my feet was not intersted in chatting answered my questions with 1-2 word answers, so I ended up staring at my phone. Lol.

I feel really guilty for not saying anything to Judy before I left but she did a horrid job on my full set. I paid $45 plus tip for these only to spend $40 at Sally’s to fix my nails. I asked for an oval shape and got these. They’re not even, acrylic is all over my cuticles, and super thick. Avoid the horrific experience.
