They have some great May specials, so I finally signed up! The salon and room were super clean, you can tell they take extra time in cleaning (and it smelled good too!). Usually really great but don’t come in on a Friday if you wanna spray tan. Some Karen will come in and try to get her obviously under 14 kids to spray tan and waste everyone’s time. But clerk is polite and building is clean

Extremely shady business practices! I went in a few days before the end of January and signed up for a monthly plan. The only plan that let’s you use all the beds and not even the only healthy red light bed costs $80/month. I was told it would be pro-rated for the 2 days then charged for a new month. They charged me $25 for 2 days then $80 for Feb. Not sure how that math works. Then when I went to cancel on the 27th first they told me I had to go into the store. When I arrived they tried to tell me all changes to plans must be made 5 days before the end of the Month. This was NEVER mentioned when signing up for a plan and is completely unethical. This is mentioned nowhere on their website and in fact says “cancel anytime”. I was told to call corporate but of course they were closed until after the 1st.

Clean facility but…. very pushy salesperson who forced us to buy their glasses even though we had our own. Also kept trying to get us to change our tan selection to make more money. From customer service: “it is mandatory that all tanners have eye protection. It is not mandatory that you purchase them through us though.” FYI, if they force you buy eyewear (even though it’s not policy), they keep the less expensive option hidden. Ask for it.

My wife and I decided to do a few pre vacation tanning sessions at At The Beach in Louisville but we were novices to the tanning thing. Thankfully Taylor was extremely helpful and we came back from Mexico without a burn and feeling great!
