I have been coming here for years but today was the worst. One man was confused on what to do so far as a Manicure. I’m very disappointed in them. The woman yells acts like she doesn’t care. I’m gonna stop giving theses people my money if I didn’t need one as bad as I do I would have been left. No respect for long time clients. I stop getting nails because the quality of work went down.

Very rude I came here several times before and had my reservations but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came in at 630, the open sign was on and the door was unlocked soon as I walk in the lady in the front yells “we are closed” even though the open sign was on and the hours were posted. Unacceptable in a place of business the hours posted are the hours of operation and “going to a party” is not a proper excuse to change that.

I can’t speak for every employee but don’t let the man touch your hands. Every single one of my acrylic nails are leaning to the left. And then the nerve of the lady to tell me it’s my nails that go that way when i pointed out my issue. It’s sad how they allow people to operate so poor services to the public. I paid but i feel horrible because i paid just to not be satisfied

It is cheaper but they have a bad customer service, had to wait for an hour to get my nails done while my feet were in the water and the color was a little bit off and you can definitely see the lines, also I want to put my own shoes which are the ones I always wear to get my nails done and the lady was upset about it! Full set powder only lasted a week and I have 3 nails broken! The older lady that sits to the right is horrible! Do not let her do your nails. The owners pick and chose whose nails they’re going to do. Yea the work isn’t rushed, yet it’s NOT ACCEPTABLE! Application of powder is too damn thin that’s why my nails broke so fast! I just closed a door and they broke off! Never again! They suck
