Okay listen.. this was my FIRST TIME EVER getting my nails done at a nail salon because I’m a bridesmaid for my friend in a few days and I told that to the specialist. I asked for a dip with tip but I kid you not.. there are 6 areas on my 10 fingers that have cuts on them. I would scrunch my nose and flinch a little bit if she hurt me too much but I didn’t say anything until she kept filing the same place on my nail for maybe a cumulative of 10 mins and was rubbing my skin raw at that point. She kept dropping her supplies and overall just seemed very unprofessional. She also filed my natural nail down SO much to fit the shape of the extension which is shown in the picture of my thumb. All that space you see isn’t my nail.. it’s my skin. She literally filed down half of the length of my entire nail. I’m someone who really bites my tongue and won’t say much to stand up for myself but I left her a good tip as a farewell and see you never again.

Service was not the best and price was more expensive than agreed over the phone. They didn’t clean the nails well, They agreed on $55 dollars special pedicure regular and gel manicure for my girls and they charged me $74 each. Men manicure and pedicure they say was $29 special and I paid $43. I don’t have problem to pay more but they should honor their price and need to do a better service. Look at the pictures below. Soory but i prefer pay in a different and better place.

If you would like to take your child for a pedicure DO NOT take them here. They charged me $30 for a regular pedicure for my 5-year-old. This was my first time taking my daughter there just because of the proximity to our house. I’ve been taking my kid to get pedicures for the last 4 years and I’ve never been charged that much in any salon I’ve been to. It’s outrageous. $35 for an adult pedicure and hers was $30, make it make sense. I’ll miss the massage lady, she has always been great.

Hands down this is the best nail salon in the Cherry Hill area. Salon is super clean, always offers beverages/snacks, and has a TON of colors with gel and regular polished paired together for convenience. All nail technicians are very talented (although Yuki is my go-to) and my gel manicure lasts considerably longer when done here.

I got a gel manicure here and it lasted for 4 WEEKS without a single chip!! This place is my favorite. Great value and quality for price paid, clean, efficient, and friendly. I also love the shoulder/neck massages while getting your nails done! Highly recommend! Gel manicures

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo today my sister and I had 4:00 pm appointment that I made on Monday of this week and we came at 4 (because we already knew the colors we wanted) we get in there and it looks packed which is good for them but clearly not so good for us now you would think because I made an appointment they would make in urgent that they try and seat us. It was just for gel mani nothing crazy. I leave to grab something from the car they tell my sister 15 minute wait, we say okay we understand. Well 30 minutes go by and we still aren’t seated or started. No one has talk to us but they are seating other clients that had 4:15 appointment and stuff like that. It then became 4:45 and I said that’s it. I thanked them and walked out and now all of a sudden they are ready for us in 5 minutes it’s almost 45 minutes past our appointment time. Extremely unprofessional. You shouldn’t make appointments back to back if you can’t handle it. Fast service and great colors! but my manicure split in one day. I saw it happen to another lady too the same day. I think it’s the Essie top coat they are using fir manicures. If they changed the top coat to something more solid where my manicure doesn’t split in between and last at least a week instead of 1 day, I would come back!
