Sara did an excellent job!! She worked out all of the knots and tightness in my lower and upper back with the perfect amount of pressure and gave me advice for my sciatica. I went in for an hour massage with some consistent neck pain occurring that I was hoping could be curbed. She identified the issue and worked the muscles that needed it.
