I have had two different stylist for two different things, 12 long box braids and another time two strand twist and I was very happy with how they came out I think they do a really good job my only issue is they do not honor appointments after scheduling a week in advance and calling to confirm before leaving work I ended up being there and waiting around from 3p to 10 o’clock p (finish by 10 PM ) and was not notified that they were short because I had called just prior to coming in.

I don’t know why everyone says they’re expensive, they’re not, prices are fair. Yes, they have kids there sometimes, but I love kids and they’ve let me bring mine in the past. They don’t braid too tight, they even styled my edges for me. I recently got waist length curly faux locs there and it went great.

This place is horrible!!! They charged Me $120 for clip-ins and didn’t even clip it in, she just placed the extensions on My hair and took My money… on My way home driving, they were falling out… I watched a video once I got home to learn to do it Myself, wish I knew before I went there and lost My money and My little sister turned bald after going there a couple times!!! DON’T GO THERE!!! THEY’RE THE WORST IN BROCKTON!!!

Horrible experience! The owner charged me $107 for 6 cornrows, a wash (I brought my own shampoo & conditioner) & two packs of hair. The braids are not what I asked for (I asked for 8-10 braids, I informed her as she was braiding the braids were too large, she ignored me). After she finished, she cut the ends of my braids (which I aksed her NOT to do. Who does that ever?) and now all of my braids are unraveling (I also informed her of this before I left & she quickly got an attitude). My braids look like I’ve had them for two weeks, it’s only been four days. Super disappointed. $107 later, unraveled braids & I have to pay to get it redone this week. Damn shame Braiding isn’t for everyone.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! I got micros done and the work is flawless! I have been looking for a good place to get my hair braided for a long time and unfortunately had to go through coals before I found this diamond!! I am a permanent customer! It is family oriented. They only took a couple breaks to eat and take care of a few things, but I am not complaining. I bought my own hair but they have hair there to buy if need be. The work was done very quickly but quality definitely did not suffer! Overall great experience. As soon as walked in I was taken right away. It wasn’t busy at all there was another women getting a sew in and that also came out very beautiful. They also do kids hair too. I left a very satisfied happy customer and definitely will be back. Also, that day their kids were there but honestly it didn’t bother me one bit. I am a big person on family and I enjoyed their company. I am not saying their children are there all the time because they assured me that this was a rarity. But none the less, things happen and it definitely did not bother me none. I highly highly recommended this place!! Thanks guys!!!

I went to get get 2 braids. Everyone in the shop was very welcoming and the lady that did my hair was quick and neat l. Love my braids and would go back.

They did a great job on my daughters hair, she got singles braided down to her waist. The last 2 times I’ve had it done she has braids falling out within 10 days of getting it done, but not Astou very impressed!!!

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, they overcharge you and they don’t wash or grease hair. My last experience was horrible, I wasted $107 for 8 fat braids that I had to take out a week later.
