Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueReceived a walk-in haircut From “Raymond”. He got done fast, so I tipped the man $10 on what I believed to be a overpriced haircut. As soon as I got home, I notice 3-4 clipper-bald spots where he stabbed the back of my head and one of my eyebrows wasn’t done. I went back to explain my problems and get them fixed. When I arrived a fat kid with glasses who claimed to be the owner of the shop didn’t express much concern repeating that it’ll just wash away. I told him how complete BS that was and he proceeded to get angry and argue with me ultimately demanding the stylist to refund me and told me I could never come back (as if I would have). As I was getting in my car to leave he followed me (acting tuff) and even walked around to my door. When I confronted him to see if he was trying to fight he retreated to the safety of his employees and I left . Received a walk-in haircut From “Raymond”. He got done fast, so I tipped the man $10 on what I believed to be a overpriced haircut. As soon as I got home, I notice 3-4 clipper-bald spots where he stabbed the back of my head and one of my eyebrows wasn’t done. I went back to explain my problems and get them fixed. From the first time I walked in I was greeted with a friendly staff, the owner introduced himself offered a cold beverage and pointed me to a seat to wait my turn. I then was greeted with my barber Jovany, I told him what kind of cut I wanted l, he took his time and payed attention to every detail, he was professional, and gave me just what I asked for and did an amazing job! Totally recommend this place, best value for your dollar.

I’m able to bring my kids and they play cartoons on the big screen and I don’t have to worry about loud cursing or things kids shouldn’t hear. They respect the crowd in there. When it’s the fellas and time to talk it’s awesome and when kids walk in they change and respect the scene. The are always on time and whenever I make an appointment I’m in and out. But I can’t stress enough how good of a cut they give. They have had my business since they opened and will continue too. After going there just once u feel at home and part of the crew.
