Receptionist is unhelpful and not friendly. They basically cancelled my appointment when I got there without telling me in advanced. No solution was offered and I was told to wait around to see if I would be keeping my next appointment. They have no main number for patients to use so you can’t even get in contact with someone in their office. Find a different dermatologist company if possible. Very unprofessional.

Rude rude and more rude. Spoke to Ari at the call center. They never get anything correct and always calling and asking for information. My son has been seeing them for the last year and they always act like he is a new patient. I am going someplace else and I do not recommend Associates in Dermatology. Go find someone who is competent and knows what they are doing. You are not going to find it here as a whole 17 location group.

Went here last year, I don’t remember the Dr’s name but she is blonde. Went for a full body scan as my Brother and Sister have both had skin cancer. She hardly gave me the time of day. When I asked her about something that was bothering me she said “your insurance does not cover that” and walked out the door. This year I went to another dermatologist in Poinciana and did get the full body scan and was treated with respect. If she does not want to examine patients she needs to find another occupation.

I have been seeing Mario MonteLeone for several years , 3-4 times a year for skin cancer screening. He found a melanoma that other doctors said was a normal mole. I trust him completely! He and the team at Celebration Health are very positive, patient-focused and caring individuals. They call me with my results and are helpful in answering any questions we have. I highly recommend Mario for cancer screening exams and recommend the Celebration Health office because the staff there is wonderful !

terrible customer service! never go to a doctor that has so many locations! you can never talk to a real person on the phone at the location you are interested in without going through half a dozen recorded prompts! find a smaller group in dermatology that will give back the customer service that we essentially pay for with each doctors visit!
