I contacted Heather after suffering from extreme pain, knots and tension in my shoulders, her flexible hours and willingness to travel brought her to me, at my house at 6 pm. She quietly set up her table, heat, speaker and lighting (in my overly packed and unorganized bedroom) with not even a complaint. Heather was extremely in tune with my body and what my shoulders needed. Her excellent dexterity and strong maneuvers to release so much pressure in my shoulders was amazing but she was still very empathetic to my tenderness as well. She spoke softly to me throughout the entire process with a quick explanation of what she was doing. She helped me after the massage to teach me some new stretches that she believes will benefit me in the healing process. I feel like a million bucks again, Heather helped me immensely! Thank you!
