I had an appointment at 2:00. I arrived at 1:57. The stylist said she would be with me after she washed someone’s hair. I waited for 50minutes. No one said a word to me. The stylist colored someone’s hair and then went on and worked on another customers’s hair. She never apologized or even looked my way. I really thought she forgot about me. No manners at all. I would have stayed and waited if she had just acknowledged me while I was waiting. The other person she was working on was a walk-in, which really made me wonder why she didn’t just call me and let me know she was running behind. A little common courtesy is all it takes.
