The space is tranquil and beautiful. Everything is very tidy. The sauna and Jacuzzis were very welcoming, especially outside on a very cold day. The huge showers have multiple jets and the robes are nice and toasty. I only gave it 4 stars because they could have more amenities.

This wasn’t the most recent but when my mom and I got manicures there, the quality was poor. Both of ours chipped within days. Not really worth it for the price we paid. Only positive was that our nail technician was nice and friendly.

My experience was very calming and amazing. My massage was perfectly relaxing, the meditation area with the dripping water was so calming, and the hot tub was a perfect spot to decompress afterwards. I didn’t order food in the spa, I went to the restaurant after but it was delicious.

Completely rude and unprofessional. I made a reservation online. Checked in. Waited for an hour in their meditation room to find out they completely forgot about me. Their online booking tool does not work. The staff could not have cared less about their waste of my time.

Usually I would only choose a massage or facial, but am so happy I decided to try a Body Treatment for the first time – the Ancient Cedar Pedissage. The scrub on my legs was so relaxing and my skin has never been so soft and silky. The head and scalp massage – icing on the top!

Not impressed. Quality of manicure and pedicure is very poor. My nails are completely chipped off and it’s been 36 hours. Staff were pleasant enough. My daughter’s wedding party had to wait over 11 /2 hours as they only had 3 people working. There was another customer brought in the middle of our group to get a pedicure while 3 of our party was being serviced while our other bridesmaids sat around waiting. Way overpriced. The World Nails place is way better quality and much better price. Today I have no polish on my nails and it’s only Monday. I’d also like to add that they automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill… I always thought that a tip was based on service quality! We dropped a ton of money at this place and most everybody in our party was extremely unhappy! I also asked for a manager to call me and as of today nobody has had the courtesy to call me. Must not be too concerned about having several unhappy customers. I will be sure, unfortunately, to be passing on to others about our terrible experience.

While the staff were very friendly and helped us a lot, the quality of the manicure was terrible. I came in with a bridal party the day before the wedding and the same day the polish started to chip on three of our manicures. The day of the wedding my nails started to chip even more and luckily I had enough time to go to Sally Beauty Supply and purchase the polish to fix it myself. Also, the prices are very ridicluous for a basic manicure. I will never be going back nor will I recommend Aspira to anyone I know.

Love this place! Always happy with their massages and the ambiance is fantastic. They also don’t have a “quiet please” atmosphere like so many other spas. It’s not like it’s a loud party, but I like being able to talk with a friend without being shushed.
