Dr.Taylor applied fillers to my face ( under eye, nasal folds, corner of mouth) in December 2021. As of September 2022 I still have lumps at the injection sites. My attempts to have this looked at where denied by the office manager Jennifer and calls and email to Taylor where not returned. In addition I ended up with 2 root canals under the injection site of my right eye shortly after he had applied fillers. This was diagnosed by my dentist as a blunt forced trauma to the eye socket.

Really tough experience. Grossly overcharged for a 15-minute virtual visit. Unsuccessfully went to pick up my treatment from the office three times, after they called to say they had it ready and then didn’t have the product in the office. Prescribed product made my skin much worse.

This is my first time ever leaving a review, but the staff was so phenomenal I felt it was a good time to break that. I have been to the willits location twice now and both experiences were amazing. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly. Then Dr. Taylor and his assistant Michaela were absolutely wonderful. They were so great! They made the procedure so quick and painless, and eased my mind I almost forgot I was at a doctors office. Thank you guys so much and I will highly recommend you to others!
