I’ve been growing out my eyebrows for years after it being messed up by waxing. I decided to visit this place last week for a quick clean up, not a shape up and the lady made my brows uneven and now I’ll have to start all over with getting them thick again. Save your money and go somewhere else to get your eyebrows done. She’s also very unprofessional.

I’ve decided to try another worker (old short lady with glasses) I always tell them I just want a “clean up” because I love my eyebrows thick. This worker (the old short lady with glasses) literally took off most of my eyebrows, then tried to cover it up by putting black tint without my consent. I was very upset and sad. She was not apologetic, had no remorse, nothing. Please do no go here. They are very unprofessional. My eyebrows now have cuts and burn. I have been going here for many years. There use to be two amazing threaders but since covid they stopped working here. I’ve decided to try another worker (old short lady with glasses) I always tell them I just want a “clean up” because I love my eyebrows thick. This worker (the old short lady with glasses) literally took off most of my eyebrows, then tried to cover it up by putting black tint without my consent. I was very upset and sad. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO HERE ITS IN GREEN ACRES MALL!!!!I visited this place Thursday and by Friday morning my poorly done tinted eyebrows were gone I went back Friday with a receipt to have them fixed the lady there said sure then called on the phone who did my eyebrows and said NO I should have said it wasn’t good from in the store.It was too faint but it washed away completely after I washed my face, this is how they treat clientele BAN THEM. The customer in the establishment said that was crazy!!!
