This is a beauty school and Ms Crane is an awesome instructor. The students I’ve encountered are amazing. I get my hair colored,highlighted,cut and styled here. I came here after being turned down by higher priced stylists that said I couldn’t lighten my dark hair. That was so sad.They wouldn’t do my long hair blonde. I came to ASIC beauty school and they did such a wonderful job on my hair that I will not go anywhere else. They aren’t able to do anything without step by step approval from Ms. Crane.

They’re cheap, but you certainly get cruddy quality for it. They did a trim on my hair, and the instructor said since I had so many dead ends that if she was cutting my hair rather than her student, she would sneakily take off an extra 6 inches or so. I asked for a maximum of two inches off, and this woman wanted to take 8. Also, I got dip powder nails done there. They fell off within a week. And I mean they ALL came off. The first one didn’t last even a day. Then, I went back to demand a redo, because they’d promised me that they would last 3 weeks or more, and I needed them for my mom’s memorial service. The instructor said, very snottily, “Alright but this is the last time you’re getting them done for free like this, because your nails are too short for them to stick.” I later learned this is a downright lie, and those nails don’t work like that. The student was incredibly helpful and sweet to me, but they come and go and the instructor stays, and that was who I had a problem with. It’s worth the effort and extra bit of money to go somewhere else.
