The massage was good ,but it had a bad smell as soon as i entered,I hate the fact they ask you to pay upfront for the tip,i politely said i will afterwards ONLY if im satisfied. ..They ask my friend about leaving a tip once we were done,but i was in the restroom,but she told me when we got in the car ,otherwise I would have NOT LEFT A TIP,BC I THINK THAT’S RUDE ,DON’T ASK FOR TIPS ,MAYBE A TIP JAR ,BUT TO ASK I DON’T THINK IS RIGHT..I’m sure they have lost alot of tips because they ask for it.

Critical: Communication, QualityThe lady who massaged me asked me to pay before my service. She massaged most of my back with her elbow and only did like 5 minutes of my legs. No feet massage! The room was cold and they barely speak a lick of English. The only thing I understood was “ tip….tip” which she asked for a tip after asking me to pay before my service. This was a different Asian massage. They give you an oil massage with shiatsu. Similar to Swedish massage. It was very good. She charged $60.00 and gave me a cup of water afterwards. I had been having trouble sleeping. I fell asleep on the table. Woke myself up with a snore and said “good massage” She said, “Thank-You”. I slept really well that night. I would recommend this to any woman who needs a break, a gift or tight muscles released. If you’re a guy that wants to deep tissue massage then this is not the place for you.. there is a place in the mall that works with more pressure. She does ask for a tip if you don’t give it to her I have always been generous and I give them 5 to $10 tip.

They are just ok. The place really looks old and has a mildew smell. They have holes in their sheets. They bring the warm water towel to wipe you off after the massage in a mop bucket lol. and they don’t do your full time. If you get past all of that the massage is actually OK. Its looks like a place where you can get a HAPPY ENDING but it’s not☹. Just Asians acting like they don’t speak English, given half way decent overpriced massages.

It’s not too bad if you just want a back massage. Idk why, but they don’t even ask you where to focus on. They seem to already have a pre-planned routine. Disregarding any needed request. It seems like the only time they understand you clearly is when your tip isn’t big enough. They focused on my back & neck for 50 mins and front side, lower legs for the last 10. Honestly if I need more than a back massage I wouldn’t go back for those reasons

OMG!!! Such a wonderful gem to find. If you’re having muscle aches or stiff necks, this place is a must go. Kiku was absolutely amazing. I only wish that the soothing music could be inside of the room along with some tranquil scents and fruit infused water at the end. That’s me being picky. But other than that, this place is on point. Prices aren’t bad. $60/hr $90/hr and half, $120/2 hr. I forgot the price for a half hour. I had a full hour massage. Should’ve gotten a longer one. I will most definitely be going back to this place. Worth every dime spent.
