Went here on Friday July 29, 2022 to the Winchester va place I asked for a foot massage but the lady convinced me to get full body massage so I agreed well she only massage my back did not massage legs and feet. The hot stones left burns on my back she walked out like 3 different times during massage to get stuff. Then when I went to pay I payed full amount I had put one dollars bills for tip and she looked at me and asked me how much was tip and she literally counted it out the money i put up there she told me im supposed to tip her 20%.

This was the best massage I’ve ever had! Very thorough, intense, healing and corrective. Personnel were polite, thoughtful and and respectful. Salon was clean, pleasant and had a soothing atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely return.

Do not come here!!! First I was asked to pay cash before the service even started and I asked for a light to medium pressure massage and the lady did everything but that. She actually massaged so hard on my upper back and neck that I ended up having to go to the hospital and they told me she used too much pressure and created a pinched nerve so now it’s been 3 weeks and I can’t even move my neck without excruciating pain. Save your money and book elsewhere or you may be hurt too. Also have never been to a place where your massage therapist leaves the room multiple times during your session and leaves the door wide open to the room. Will not return and will never recommend.

The lady that gave me a massage concentrated on the back of my neck on the occipital area. She massaged out all the strain and tightness in my shoulders and upper scapula and on top of my scalp. She definitely knows what she was doing I’ve had a migraine for like 5 days. Today one day after the massage on migraine free. This place is amazing so classy I recommend this over any other massage therapist in Winchester. Bad experience the massage was okay when it was time to pay I got harassed about leaving a tip which wasn’t a problem for me but they wasn’t satisfied with the $5 tip so you know what I’m not giving you nothing. The communication and professionalism was terrible. This was my very first massage I will not be returning to this place. I will take my business elsewhere this place is money hungry
