I made an appointment at this business at 5 pm on a Monday via e-mail. They confirmed I was scheduled for a 60 minute deep-tissue massage. I rushed home from work to get there exactly on time. They had me pay up-front, which I thought was odd as most places have you pay after service is provided so you can tip accordingly. They then put me in a room and told me it would be 10 minutes. They did not apologize for over-booking slots. 25 minutes later, I got up, got dressed, and asked for my money back. They seemed shocked and said they could serve me right away but I was running late for another meeting. I am used to waiting to see a doctor but I’ve never waited for a massage appointment. It ruins the whole experience and adds a stressor. I was planning on going here regularly if it was a nice place but I will now look elsewhere.
