I had a 60 minute massage turned out to be 30 minute massage and the massage wasn’t even a real massage. worse massage place ever should’ve listen to the reviews exactly what they said too. They walk out the room a lot, talk a lot, demand you tip them at the end of the massage. I had a 60 minute massage turned out to be 30 minute massage and the massage wasn’t even a real massage. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBooked an hour appointment on the same day. Was able to come in immediately. I was just looking for a basic massage but what I received was so much more. MT told me it was a this stretching massage. It was the best massage I have ever had. . My upper back is sore today but a good sore because they are loosed up.. she took a lot of time on the knots. Today….I do feel better. Will be booking another appointment. Booked an hour appointment on the same day. Was able to come in immediately. I was just looking for a basic massage but what I received was so much more. MT told me it was a this stretching massage. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy partner and I came in for a couples massage. You have to pay upfront for the massage. The massage in itself was fine. I felt that she got my knots out quite well in my shoulders and back. However the next day i was super sore and had a huge bruise on the back of my thigh. The two masseuses also talked a lot. They constantly talked to each other and us which made it really hard to relax and just enjoy the massage. They also left the room a lot to go get supplies which means you don’t technically get your full time of being massaged. When I asked for her to work on certain spots she only did so for a very short period of time as well, so it was not satisfying. After everything we weren’t super happy about our experience but tipped them $20 anyway just to be polite. However they demanded we pay more in tip. They started talking about how hard they had to work during the massage and that they deserved more tip. I usually do not mind tipping at all if I enjoyed a service. However, they made us super uncomfortable by asking for more and we didn’t want to be rude so we added another $20. We would not go back there because of this issue alone. People should be allowed to tip what they want and are satisfied with. They should not be pressured into paying more. That’s very awkward and unprofessional. So I went to this place and it’s my first time on this area. The place is clean and nice, the service is not that bad the only down fall are: my massage therapist is keep talking the whole time with me Instead of keeping there client relax she just keep talking and talking. Next when I went to give her a tip she demands more than the tip I want she literally force me to give her more than 30%. I don’t want to go back to that place they’re forcing there customer to pay more for the tip.
