Went in for a deep tissue massage. I called ahead and made an appointment but when I arrived they acted as though I never spoke to them. I guess no one actually wrote my information down. This was frustrating because communication has difficult with their team. I asked the difference between a swedish massage and deep tissue and I had to ask about five times as they kept rushing me into the room.

Called ahead and made an appointment. Show up on time for our appointment. When we arrive the two women are talking to each other and finally acknowledge us to say it will be a 30 min wait. THAT IS NOT HOW APPOINTMENTS WORK! They looked around like they had no idea we were coming — again I had called ahead and made an appointment for two. We planned our entire day around getting massages and now it’s a Saturday completely wasted. You better believe we weren’t going to stick around and wait. Waste of our time. Do not go here.

I was a little unsure of going here but with the good reviews I decided to try it. It was a great decision on my part. There were other ladies getting massages as well and it was great. They did a lot more stretching than other places and it was wonderful. This is my new favorite massage studio. I got Cindy and she was great and had a good working knowledge of English.
