This is in response to the owner providing false feedback. I scheduled and made an appointment on 12/29. I was dissatisfied with the outcome of the services. I explained why I was dissatisfied, it was agreed that the services were of low quality, I was given a note to return for repair on 01/03, I paid AND I tipped. Unable to return on that day I returned on the 7th, just 4 days later. At which time I was told I’d waited too long. That the reason my $100 full set looked this BAD was because of the additional 4 days I’d waited to return. Still agreeing to repair, I was told to find the matching blue. I did not feel like searching for the polish so, I graciously offered to take a different color that I did not even want just to get it over with. At which time I was told they would only repair 3/10 nails. The lack of accountability is appalling. Poor customer service. Petty thieves.

This was a nice and clean salon. The pedicure was pretty good, although not the best massage. The gel mani was good too and lasted almost two weeks. It was a pretty busy salon and they do nice work. It did feel a little less personal than some other salons. May have just been level of business that day. And parking seemed to lack. I only saw meters right out front and no available parking behind the building.

I visit this salon every two weeks for a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Services are reliable and consistent. My go-to guy has taken Sundays off.. boooo so I’ve been seeing a new lady. She does quality work although I wish her massages during the pedicure were stronger. I can always count on this place to be clean, to have courteous staff and to get the job done efficiently. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

When I called they answered the phone so nicely and welcoming! Today was my first time going and they have a new customer! It was amazing, the atmosphere, the people were very nice! I felt so welcomed and relaxed! I got the Royal pedicure ($50) comes with scrubs, massage, Paraffin wax for your feet (omg it’s such a luxury get it ladies and men, you won’t regret it) and white acrylic overlay on my toes with tips on the big toe! They didn’t rush either I was there for an hour and a half, it was heaven! Everything was $100 and it was worth it! I will be going back to get my nails done because this place is a true gem! I have been a client of Asian Nails for about 2 years now. I see them almost exclusively for all my nail services. The past few times I have been less than impressed. I went in before Christmas for a dip manicure and classic pedicure. The technician (whom I have had before) rushed the procedures and when he insinuated he was finished and time for me to leave, my nails immediately smudged. With dip this should not happen. The reason I pay extra for dip is to leave the salon worry-free. Four nails were smudged, he fixed one. Now, only about 8 days later, my entire set popped off with no effort. I had been seeing gaps for days and I have an event this weekend so I figured I’d see how close they really were to coming off an they ALL came off without any effort really at all. I am so disappointed and will be finding a place closer to home for my future appointments.

Never again! I typically go some place else but couldn’t get my schedule to align so I decided to go here. The lady struggled and did not remove all the hair. She over charged. She did not know what she was doing. She admitted that people only get bikini wax and I’m the first one she’s done a full Brazilian on. I was already in too deep to leave. I said I called and checked the site and they told me they do them. I had wax all over the place! They told me $60 when I called so I planned to leave a nice tip… nope they charged me $90!!! I politely said thank you and paid but best believe-NEVER EVER AGAIN! Don’t go here for this service.

Since I am not able to do it myself anymore. I was looking for a place that could help me with ugly splitting and unhealthy nails. My first tech Ella was very professional and patient with me. First of all she listened to me . Then she advise me what she would do. I think every time they look a little better. I love each new outcome. I highly recommend.
