Critical: QualityI went in for a Manicure & Pedicure. While cutting my cuticles on my toes the lady cut too low and kept cutting away. I had to pull my foot away for her to stop. Not once apologized for cutting too low. I could barely understand a word she was saying. I asked for french tip acrylic but while filing and cleaning up my nails she was trying to push me into getting real nail with the gel. She told me “one hand okay. Other hand too ugly for gel” then gets mad when I tell her again I wanted the French tip acrylic. I just paid for the services they did and I left. I went in for a Manicure & Pedicure. While cutting my cuticles on my toes the lady cut too low and kept cutting away. I had to pull my foot away for her to stop. Not once apologized for cutting too low. I could barely understand a word she was saying. Critical: ProfessionalismWent in at 10am with my disabled sister for a pedicure, my daughter and I a pedicure and full set, and a face wax for myself. 2 people went in front of, then I was told she would only wax my eyebrows, then after sitting in cold water for an hour she told me they could only do one person’s nail!!!
