Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in with beautiful nails that were my own. I came with my 10-year-old granddaughter for her birthday to do a manicure and pedicure. They charged full price for manicure and pedicure for a 10 year old. When it came to doing my nails, they took off the old gel and used some kind of chemical that burned my fingers to the point of almost crying. The chemical went on top of my nails. They did two layers of gel. 24 hours later, my fingernails were splitting down to the skin. Within four days, I had to cut all my nails off because they were all splitting. I had a guy nail tech Who pushed my nail beds so hard they all bled. For an adult manicure and pedicure, and a child manicure and pedicure I was charged $125. When I complained, the lady told me, It doesn’t matter a customer is acustomer.. i’ve been going to this place for over 10 years. If your looking for a super quick and pretty good pedicure, this is the place for you. I prefer more of a spa experience, where they take their time to make you feel like a million bucks. I probably won’t return unless I want a pedicure completed in less than 15 minutes.

If I could give this place -1 stars, I would. I went to them on Sunday 8/13 just because the nail place up the street was super busy. The lady that did my nails seemed very nice, I told her that I was going to a concert on Monday so that was the occasion for getting my nails done. That night after leaving the nail salon, I saw a large crack in my left thumbnail. Throughout the course of my workday on Monday, more cracks in the top layer of the gel polish started showing up on multiple nails. I had never seen that happen before and I had been getting gel manicures for years now. I couldn’t go back to them on Monday because of the concert so I went back on Tuesday 8/15 and she re-did the gel nails. Literally ripped them off my fingers. Fine. I got a new color and everything. Today, 8/16, I see the cracks again. This time, I’m super pissed. And I was determined to get my refund back because this was absolutely ridiculous. I go in today after work and all of a sudden, she doesn’t see the cracks I am referring to. She states yesterday she didn’t see them either but she just changed the nails to appease me. But she was not giving me a refund. I tell her to remove the polish because I can’t stand these cracks. She proceeds to take pictures of my nails and of her removing the polish. I let her, because at this point, I’m never coming back to this place ever again anyway. Moral of the story: NEVER GO TO ASIAN NAILS IN LAKE WORTH. It is a waste of time and money!

This is the worst place to get your nails done. It hasn’t been a week and my nails are popping off so easily. I paid 30$ for short coffin nails. I thought ripoff. But I decided to get them anyways because every where else was closed for thanksgiving. They did my pedicure good but for acrylic full set don’t even think about it. It’s unbelievable.

I went there to get my lashes on because the place I always go to was super busy so she put my lashes on and in one day lashes started coming off.iam talking about individual lashes.i went back to her two days later and she stated I got to much tears coming from my eyes.i been getting my lashes done for ten yrs never experienced anything like this.i told her to keep the money and I don’t won’t a refund I will not be coming here again very very sloppy work.
