Racist and unprofessional! First of all, the massage was average at best. I came to address my neck pain. The massage was uncomfortable for the most part and I felt like the massage left a lot to be desired. However, what drove my 1 star review was after the service the lady asked me how I would pay my tip. I never had anyone demand a tip from me before which was off putting, especially when the service was subpar. I attempted to give her the cash I had on hand. She refused and told me a 1 hr massage required a $10 tip. She told me 1.5 hr massage required $20 tip. After trying to explain to her that she can’t tell me how much to tip, she grabbed my hand and tried to push me out the front door. Very disrespectful and racist establishment. I have never in my life had someone assault me for $10. Please avoid at all cost, especially if you’re a person of color.
