Coco and Lisa give AWESOME deep-tissue/sports massages. They know the exact pressure points, without you telling them the areas that have extreme pain or tension. These 2 ladies aren’t afraid to rub feet, jaws and head to alleviate the pain, like some masseurs. I’ve visited over 10 times and am able to move and sleep better after the manipulations. 5 star for the quality of massages…4-star because there is an odor that needs to be removed by not eating in the same location and regularly opening doors and windows, and by burning candles.

The girl was nice but they had shower and she never offered it. She said I smelled and needed a shower. I thought maybe a tad rude and when I tipped her she looked in my wallet and asked for more.

We went to this place last week accidentally. It was a road trip with my girlfriend and Muskegon is our last stop back from New York. They really did a great job on us, after work their skill released all our exhaustion from the road trip, we were refreshed and able to enjoy the trip way back to New York!!!

My hubby and I went here for 1st time.I thought it was rude to ask for payment for the massage for an hour upfront. The massage was wonderful. They could of had candles burning to take away the bad smell in the room. No oil was applied to my skin to do body massage. Just a dry rub massage. The lady immediately asked for a tip once I got dressed before fixing my hair. She was rude when I gave a tip that wasn’t satisfactory to what she wanted. She didn’t even say thank you. I will not come back again!

Rude masseuse but she did the massage well. The masseuse demanded with rude tone a $20 tip. She loves the tips $$. If u go here, she will always ask for tips and if u try to give her $5 she gets angry. That is not how business works and how u get customers.

LISA was the prior manager..very sweet, intellectual, and a stunning leader! ( gorgeous !!) I met CEE CEE today and fell in love w/ her! Skilled and so sweet!! I am sad to have to change my review . I have been going here for some time now and was usually satisfied with the work however the past 2 times i have been there the lady has harassed me for a larger tip. Rhe first time she asked me for 40 after a 15 dollar tip and this time for 20 after a 10 dallor tip. I left what was supposed to be a relaxing experience feeling very aggravated. I already paid 70 for the hour plus the tip so it is actually 80-85. Im so irritated by this very unprofessional. I regret tipping at all after her attitude. I hope they get this resolved because the message is great even though the facility isnt.
